Hudson Water Club

Food was delicious! The view and atmosphere were also incredible. We came here for a nice lunch and were not disappointed. We had a lovely waitress, will definitely be back!

The Hudson Water Club is a go to place during the season. The food is excellent and served as should be. Really cold or hot, as it should be.What can you expect but the best with two owners scrambling with the great servers to make you meal enjoyable , delicious, and accompanied by the great drinks. Service is great.Sitting by the river and enjoying the quiet of New York while sipping on your drink, listening to music. Can't get better on a nice simmer night.

Live music until 1am. Food served until 10pm. Pizza until 11pm. Great bar service, inside and out. The view is beautiful as you look over the Hudson. Boats come in to dock. Go and enjoy. We did.

Rare expansive views of the Hudson from the deck or dining room make this the top feature of the moderate price restarant and bar. Parking free and plentiful. Decent wine list. Food average. Seems always under staffed, but if you're in a hurry then you probably wouldn't come here anyway. This is a place to mingle or just kick back and enjoy the beauty.

A gorgeous place to eat right by the water. Great place to come after work with friends. Sunset time is gorgeous

Visiting friends and brought us here for dinner. Had a marvelous time. Beautiful view and fabulous food. I had the lump crab and shrimp cakes. They were delicious. The mussels for an appetizer were so good too.

Amazing menu. Delicious food. Salad Nicoise and Tequila Lime Shrimp with rice and beans were perfectly proportioned and very tasty. The view was awesome. Great service. Pricey but worth it.

A real nice location and view. Food is very pricey and just ok. Staff is hit or miss. They do have good live entertainment.

The Hudson Water Club never disappoints. The variety of food we ordered was delicious. The waiter was new, forgot somethings but made up for it. I will be visiting again very soon.

Here you can- dine and drink al fresco on the waterfront, alone with friends, family, date, or large groups as a non member. Swim and enjoy club facility if you're member.Located in what I believe is still Rockland county, NY about 30 minutes north of NYC's George Washington Bridge. This indoor outdoor seating restaurant and bar, sits on the waterfront with great views. My ratings are based on a scale of 1 to 5 stars with 1 being tragic and 5 being ouuui terrific! My birthday party at the Hudson River Club during Thanksgiving weekend was so much fun!!! The food was so delicious. The staff was very attentive and helpful to all my guests needs. It was great to have a party there. The price for the buffet lunch was not overpriced. I would recommend this restraurant for any special event!!

Lovely location right in the Hudson River..We were at bit surprised with the "style' of the restaurant. A Tappas style of smaller plates. Only a few full dinners. So all is a la carte. Food was good. Burger excellent..but dinner for 2 $79 plus tip. We could see why the place was not busy at all. It was worth the drive to try a new place...just not sure the style is my preference..oh yes, the New England clam chowder was excellent. Easy to tell it was fresh made.

Haven't been at this spectacular water front Restaurant since our Family member relocated from W. Haverstraw to another part of N.Y., I just so happen to run across their business card this morning and just to see if the Hudson Water Club was still in business I googled them. To my surprise, this hidden gem surrounded by a quaint area Is still open. If you have never been it's a MUST for your bucket list!! Great food, great personnel but even GREATER is the view its not called the WATER Club for nothing!! Looking for a romantic date this it...looking for great views THIS IT..On a scale from1-10 this Restaurant is a12...trust me you won't be disappointed!! As for us we will be make a trip up soon!! Enjoy!!

A beautiful place for catering yoir events I had a fantastic time with my family & friends!!!!!

Food was great, but sevice was poor. Appetizers came out with entrees. Bug in a water glass. Waiter never came to check on table until after we were done eating. Could have been a new waiter. That's what I hope. Because the atmosphere and food are right on.

The food was very good, and the portions were plentiful, consider sharing. We ordered the Wood Fired Antipasto Platter, listed under Small Plates. It was anything but small! 4 of us shared that as an appetizer along with the Romaine & Blue Cheese Salad. The entrees, or Large Plates, were generous as well. We ordered 3 entrees for 4 people and still took some home.The service was very friendly, just a little slow. But we were there to enjoy the view on a nice night outdoors, so we were not in a hurry.

The atmosphere was great, we went on a late October weekend afternoon for early dinner and were very pleased. Food was delicious, service was super personable and friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I would have liked more vegetarian friendly/plant based menu options, I felt a little limited.

The food here is always great. Alcoholic beverages are poured excellently. Staff is friendly, and the view of the lake is incredible. If you don't like loud music, avoid Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite spots.

Can get very crowded when the weather is nice. Food is good. Live music is okay. Wished they booked better bands. Nice view of the Hudson and surrounding area.

Nice venue

Talk about amazing food. Waitress was attentive, especially by letting us know the kitchen was very busy and apologized for our food taking a bit to come out, which we were totally okay with. The bread was amazing, swordfish was excellent and the linguine with clam sauce was delicious as well. Definitely recommend it, and if possible you can sit out on the dock and enjoy an amazing scenery of the Hudson River.

It has a great view of one of the widest part of the Hudson River hot day but nice breaz under a big canopy great food like tender breaded scallops that melted in your mouth, courteous attention plenty of parking, eating and seeing the boats on the Hudson, now if you dont have GPS to get there good luck!!

This site is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a good lunchon, this place comes immediately to my head. outstanding and food and a large list of dishes.courteous staff, and great atmosphere. Not less important, the expence is reasonable. I tell about this spot with pleasure.

I'm not sure if my 1 visit gives a true representation of this restaurant. I visited on a Thursday night in mid September which is what I am guessing is past prime season. It was very quiet when I visited! The servers were friendly, attentive, and the food came out quick. My burger was tasty, and it came with a mountain of french fries. The fries if they weren't a little old I bet would have been excellent. The disappointing part was how the place was kept. Cleaning supplies in stowed in hap hazzard way in a area they shouldn't (flanking a ATM outside restroom). Boxes discarded at the main entrance. This lack of attention really distracted from the cool architecture of the restaurant.

What an amazing place. The staff is fantastic, the view to die for, and the cono sur sav Blanc goes fabulous with the seafood tower. If you are in the area go here today. You will thank me.

Beautiful landscaping and surroundings, this was an exploratory visit in early spring. It probably will be worth a visit when the season starts in earnest. The few folks I encountered were pleasantly of the sailor type.

Beautiful scenery on the outside patio on the river. Incredibly accommodating to special orders. A touch pricey but worth it.

Everything here was great! Chrissy, our waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our big group. The drinks were great, the food was great, the view beautiful but the service was EVERYTHING. Looking forward to our next visit. 🙂

I absolutely love it here, great staff and amazing food!

Waited 30 minutes to sit...no big deal.....but then waited 25 minutes at the table with no service. The tables around us were getting served....but not us. The servers literally didn't even look at our table. The place was busy but not overwhelmed. We live about an hour north and go to the water club a few times a year for dinner. Typically no issue....but this time we left very disappointed and went to the Mexican place down the road (which was just as busy) where we were seated and served pretty quickly.

Wonderful restaurant, attentive owner, great service, excellent food, fancy drinks, all on the Hudson River. Bonus there was a fabulous band for October fest. Looking forward to going again
